Do you do custom orders?

We do not do custom design work. However, we can sometimes accommodate small customizations like incorporating a different gemstone into a design we already have.

How do I care for my jewelry?

We recommend taking all your jewelry off before engaging in physical activities, showering, swimming, and yes even washing your hands if you want to prolong it's shine for as long as possible! Over time, silver (like most metals) may oxidize. You can shine them back up by polishing them with a polishing cloth.

When will my order be shipped out?

Due to the handmade, made to order nature of our pieces, most of our items ship out within 6 weeks. However, this sometimes may take longer. Processing times may vary on preorders or items that are in high demand. Please reach out if you need your item by a certain time.

Do you offer International shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Additional shipping rates will apply, with rates calculated on a per-country basis. 

Will I receive a tracking number when my item ships?

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order has been processed. Please allow up to for 48 hours for tracking to start updating.

I purchased priority shipping. Will it be shipped out sooner?

Purchasing priority shipping does not guarantee that it will get to you sooner or that it will be shipped out faster. Priority shipping can take up 1-3 business days to arrive once it has been shipped. The advantage of purchasing priority shipping is that it comes with up to $50 insurance, so the chances of something happening to your package (getting lost, etc.) during transit is lower.

Does my package come with insurance?

No, insurance is not automatically applied unless you purchase priority shipping. Priority shipping automatically comes with $50 insurance. Please email if you would like to add additional insurance to your package.

My tracking hasn't updated. Is something wrong?

If your tracking has not updated within a few days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us via email or social media and we will look into it. In most cases, the package simply did not get scanned and is probably on it's way to you! 

My tracking says my package was delivered, but it's not in my mailbox.

If your package was marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, please first verify that the address you provided when checking out is correct. If you live in an apartment complex, sometimes packages are delivered to the front desk. In some cases, they will be at your local post office. Though we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if you believe this to be the case with your package please reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate the situation.

Can your rings be resized?

It is highly recommended that you know your ring size on all fingers before purchasing. Resizing your ring may be an option for an additional cost. If you purchased one of our electroformed pieces, unfortunately they cannot be resized.

What is electroforming?

Electroforming is the process of using electricity and chemistry to "grow" thick deposits of metal that are used structurally in the piece. We use copper and silver, or a combination of both to create our jewelry.
